Airport transfer and transport:

Most of the hotels in Cambodia offer free transfer from the airport.

Remember to bargain a lot for a good price, especially if you’re getting back to your hotel from the Pub street.

Food is generally very cheap in Cambodia.
However, there are also high-end restaurants, charging 13-15 dollars for a dish but at the same time, they offer exquisite service for that money (in Europe for that price it would just be any mid-range restaurant with very average service).
If you choose some cheaper restaurants, prepare to spend around 7-10 dollars per person, if you’re ordering seafood (crab etc) or 2-5 dollars (if you’re fine with the salads and rice).
If you’re fine with the street food – you can get full by spending just 1-2 dollars.
On the Pub street, the prices are a bit more expensive: 4-7 dollars for a pasta or noodles, around 9-13 dollars for meat and seafood. If you want to try the Cambodian specialty – Khmer BBQ, prepare to spend at least 8 dollars per person (usually, a bit more, 19 dollars for a set for 2 people).

Entertainment &Sightseeing
Entertainment & Sightseeing
Well, except for the city of Angkor, there’s pretty much nothing else to do in Siem Reap. The ticket to Angkor Wat is 20 dollars for 1 day and 30 dollars for 2 days. Prepare to pay at least 10-20 dollars/day to the tuk-tuk driver, who is going to drive you around the ancient city and wait for you next to all the temples.
To summarize:

It’s possible to survive with as little as 10-12 dollars/day in Cambodia (and even have a drink at night!) but prepare to pay also 20 dollars for Angkor Wat.
To have a very comfortable life, you need at least 20-30 dollars a day per person (also excluding sightseeing).
And finally, you can experience luxury traveling in Siem Reap with as low as 70-100 dollars per day per person!
