We are Liza and Pepe, founders of Tripsget Travel blog. If you’re looking for the “Work with us” page, you can find it here >>>
We are in our late 20s and we both have a full-time 9-5 job and a typical 25-day annual holiday allowance.
Boring, I know. As much as we would love to be digital nomads and travel the world non-stop, we also love the security and comfort of our home and like being able to afford some luxuries from time to time (like a stay in an overwater villa in the Maldives).
We were in a long-distance relationship for more than a year and now we are finally based in London, wandering around and exploring Instagrammable places and best spots for foodies. Also, we got married in a gorgeous location in Mexico and here’s proof (the peacock is real, lol).
Tripsget is a blog for adventurous professionals and young adults who prefer spending money on travel rather than clothes and alcohol.
Our aim here is to inspire you to travel and help you organise your vacations in such a way, so you manage to see as much as possible within a limited amount of time. We also would love to show you lesser-known destinations and we find beauty literally everywhere. We focus mostly on weekend trips, but at least 3-4 times a year we usually go on longer vacations, like our crazy bus trip around the Balkans or 12 days in Southeast Asia. Depending on our mood (and bank account statements), we do budget trips, such as our affordable trip to Gran Canaria or Seychelles on a budget or sometimes indulge in luxury like in the Maldives or Turkey.
We LOVE travelling. And we like comfort. Sometimes these two can’t come together because of the e.g. limited budget, so we have to choose between both. Most of our trips are weekend / long weekend trips in Europe, where we usually stay in 3-4* hotels, eat out once-twice per day and walk a lot. We love exploring cities on our own and we love getting city passes to take the most of every destination.
Together we’ve already been to more than 70 countries, but combining all the countries we’ve been to separately, it will be more than 79 countries in total. Why not quit our jobs and travel the world together [we both work full time]? We answered this question in this article.
We also have a super helpful travel app for iOS – Tripsget Trip Cost Finder. In case you’ve got an iPhone, you can get it for free and forget about the tedious process of finding how much it would cost to travel somewhere.
We are always happy about comments and feedback, so don’t hesitate to ask anything in the comments or drop us an e-mail. Moreover, we’re open to working with brands, so if you want to learn what we can do for you as well as check our previous collaborations, please check the “work with us” page.
And, of course, don’t forget to follow us on Social Media (more than 55000 people already do!):
