Work with us: Tripsget Travel Blog

Tripsget Travel Blog is a UK-based travel, lifestyle and expat blog that just turned 3 years old in January 2019. (Invited) If you watched my stories, you know that last Saturday I spend in Brighton with @traverseevents and @visitengland. Together with a lot of amazing and very talented creators, we experienced a proper #MicroGap. MicroGap is a day long or a weekend long trip for professionals, who can’t or don’t want to take a career break or a gap year, but still want to switch off, give back, learn more or go wild. Our Microgap was all about switching off! We started our day by heading to Brighton. Brighton is a really pretty seaside city with a very long beach. As our tour guide told us, some locals call Brighton “A little London by the sea”, as many people live in Brighton and commute to work in London. It’s just 1 hour away with @tlrailuk so why not? After having a lunch in a nice veggie restaurant Terre a Terre, we headed to a very unique sauna session on the beach. @beachboxbtn started not so long ago, but already gained a huge popularity and I can understand why! They have a range of sauna rituals and we got to experience the German Aufguss and the Baltic sauna. After the sauna, we headed to @yogainthelanes and had a yoga session in a studio with a sea view. The micro gap only lasted for a day, but I felt so good after it, as if I went somewhere for a weeklong holiday! Would you do a Micro gap? . . #weekendtrip #brighton #brightonbeach #brightonuk #londonbloggers #travelbloggers #mentalhealth #switchingoff #digitaldetox #uktravelbloggers #uklifestylebloggers #uktravel #englandtravel #travelmore #traveltorelax #saunauk #yogauk #thameslink
